Groupe Policy on AI:
- Only use tools through Publicis Sandbox (located on Marcel) or through our Adobe Cloud subscription for consumer-facing work
- Do not put any Publicis nor client information on public AI playgrounds (free version of tools)
- Do not use proper name prompts (e.g. Brad Pitt, Mission Impossible, style of Andy Warhol) nor try to circumvent this (e.g. ”famous actor who does his own stunts” to avoid saying “Tom Cruise”
Before using AI in consumer facing work:
- Ensure Alister Adams, Martin Fregeau & Pamela Albino are aware and share what tool(s) were used and how
- Disclose to client that AI was used in creating any work presented to client
- Secure written permission from client if AI is to be used in consumer-facing work
- Note that AI-generated content may not be copyrightable and, therefore, we may not be able to transfer ownership rights to clients
- When in doubt, contact Alister, Martin & Pam
